These terms cover Comms Forge, the messaging product THE APP FORGE (CIPC K2026687489) operates for email, SMS and WhatsApp. They do not replace any separate agreement an organisation holds with its own customers.
Who may use it
Comms Forge is for people invited to an organisation on the product. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information about yourself.
Messages you receive
Organisations use your mobile number and email address to answer queries and to send information they say you asked for. You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP. An organisation may still contact you about an active agreement where they are required or entitled to do so.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content, to impersonate someone else, or to interfere with its operation.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted. Message delivery depends on networks and providers outside our control, including WhatsApp and mobile operators.
Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and our deletion instructions explain how to have it removed.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
